Doug North has been building new custom homes since 1976. This is his passion, not an occupation. During his childhood years, one of his favorite activities was to visit new home construction sites. This gave him the opportunity to watch the men working and talk with them about their projects. The focus has always been to build things right the first time, with a focus on proper planning, the right materials and using qualified craftsman to complete each task. We believe that a good foundation and a well build structure are the key elements for a fine home.
We start each project by asking our clients questions about what they like about their current home and what things they would like to change.
